Shipping Policy

All orders (including overnight and 2-day delivery) received no later than 5:00pm (PST) will require 1 full business day for processing and packing before being shipped.

Standard delivery time is 5 to 10 business days, depending on weather. *

We ship via UPS and Fed Ex and offer overnight, 2-Day air and ground shipping. Depending on time of year, we often also offer UPS Temperature Control or FedEx Cold Chain. Please allow extra time for these latter services.

Please note that orders are shipped and delivered on business days only (this excludes weekends and holidays).

Someone over the age of 21 must be present to sign for any packages containing alcohol (mandated by federal law).

Three delivery attempts will be made before the package is returned to us.

Once returned, a $10 rerouting fee will be charged for all packages reshipped. To avoid this inconvenience, we recommend delivery to a commercially zoned business address.

We cannot ship to PO, FPO, APO or IPO boxes. We cannot ship internationally.

*WEATHER CONDITIONS

In cases of extreme temperatures (hot or cold), we may postpone shipping to those parts of the country/region until temperatures normalize. Wine will be shipped as soon as the weather normalizes.

Please note we impose weather holds, based on state averages. If you are in a uniquely hot or cold region of your state, we advise using extra caution. Orders sent via UPS Temperature Control should ideally be delivered on a day where outside temperatures do not exceed 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Wines should not be shipped ground if outside temperatures exceed 70 degrees Fahrenheit.

To preserve the quality of the wines during cold weather, we strongly encourage you to select 2-day shipping to the following states: CO, CT, IA, ID, IL, MA, MI, MN, MT, NE, NH, ND, NY, WI, and WY.
