Consent to Automatic Renewal Terms

You are agreeing to join the Newton Circle – Platinum (“Wine Club”). Please take some time to review the Wine Club’s Automatic Renewal Terms below. You must agree to these terms to join the Wine Club.

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL TERMS

You are agreeing to purchase the next available Wine Club release and to purchase and be automatically charged for all future releases until you cancel, subject to the Minimum Purchase Obligation and Cancellation Policy described below.

If you request to join the waitlist for Connoisseur membership, you agree to automatically become a Connoisseur member once space becomes available, which means that you agree to additionally purchase 2 library wines with each shipment. Releases occur two times a year in Spring and Fall. When a release occurs, your credit card or debit card will automatically be charged the price of the release, plus applicable shipping and taxes, and the wine will be shipped to you. The price of each release varies. Please review tiers for estimates, and allow approximately another $190-$300 per shipment for Connoisseur membership. These prices include the applicable discount.

Minimum Purchase Obligation. You must purchase at least one Wine Club releases.

Cancellation Policy. You may cancel after purchasing one Wine Club release. If your cancellation request is received ten or fewer business days before a Wine Club release shipping date, your cancellation will not be effective until after that release—so you will be charged for and receive that release.

ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS AND ARBITRATION PROVISION

Any dispute arising out of or relating to your participation in the Wine Club will be determined by final and binding arbitration on an individual basis, and the parties irrevocably waive any and all rights to class actions, other representative actions, and trial by jury or by any court, as set forth in detail in additional terms and conditions of Wine Club membership.
