We begin on the vineyard slopes, cultivating the vines, protecting the natural hillside through sustainable farming techniques and following nature’s lead as the growing season unfolds. As harvest begins, our winemaker walks the vineyard rows to hand select the fruit at the peak of ripeness. In the cellar, quality and purity are never compromised at the hands of convenience. Newton Unfiltered Cabernet Sauvignon is fermented with wild yeast, native to Newton’s Spring Mountain estate, and is bottled unfiltered to preserve the natural fruit essence and to foster the wine’s unique aroma and flavor.
